Two young and talented artists whom I have worked with extensively – Jon Narmita and Bill Stank – are starting a weekly figure study group in Allentown. Hooray! Hooray! Their plan is to meet every Tuesday from 6 to 9 pm. Their goal is to make it very reasonably priced, but they of course need to bring in enough to cover the model fee … they are thinking $6; I charge $10 (at the Friday morning group); so perhaps $7 or $8 is where they’ll land. It depends, obviously, on how many artists “sign on.” Again, their goal is 10 artists paying $6 each. How cool is that!?!
