New Transportation Mural Project
Located on the Train Trestle Overpass
South Third St & 611 in Easton

Fridays thru Sundays, 8am-4pm
October thru November (weather permitting)

 

The city of Easton is looking for assistance from the local arts community to help paint a new mural on the large wall at the entrance to 611 and the base of the South Side hill. Artist Matt Nixon has been engaged as the lead artist, but it will take some volunteers assisting him to be able to complete the project on time. Keep in mind, that you must be comfortable working with heights as portions of the mural are some 30 feet off the ground. Materials will be supplied, but be sure to bring snacks and water. While there is no pay for volunteering, this will be a high profile project that would give those assisting some excellent experience and exposure.
